Food safety is at the heart of what we do. The quality of our products and the safety of our production process are two of the most important pillars of our company.
The success of our company is closely linked to meeting the goal of satisfying our customers’ quality expectations. In our processing activities, it is the endeavor of our personnel in charge to apply production methods in accordance with the current legislation and IFS highest standards. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that they meet European and Global safety standards and implement strict internal quality management systems ensuring rigorous product testing and supplier auditing.
In order to ensure the highest quality of our products, we use external accredited laboratories for mycotoxin and microbiological analysis, nutritional values, allergens and pesticide residues in addition to sensory and grading analysis which we perform in house.
Keeping the environment in mind
We are members of Frucom and our President is also an ambassador of the INC for Luxembourg. Both of these entities endeavor to achieve the goals that the European Commission presented in ‘The European Green Deal’, which sets out how to make Europe a climate-neutral continent by 2050.
The European Green Deal maps a sustainable and inclusive growth strategy that envisaged a ‘Farm to Fork’ strategy to make the food system more sustainable at every stage of the food chain. We are committed to contributing to it by choosing suppliers who make an effort, combined with our own effort, to be more environmentally conscious while having a sustainable approach to doing business.
